Hi, I’m Stef!

​

I’m a surface designer and illustrator drawn to the cozy charm of watercolor and whimsical illustration. In my work, animals wear scarves, joy lives in playful patterns, and a touch of wonder brightens everyday moments.

 

Before embracing art as a career, I earned a PhD in Conversation Analysis and worked in TV, consumer goods, and consulting. My path took me through Brazil, England, the U.S., and France, where I

now live with my family and two cats.

 

Through it all, art was quietly waiting.

 

Motherhood pulled me back into the magic of childhood: books, toys, and the delightful patterns of baby clothes.

 

I picked up my pencils again, studied art fundamentals, and explored traditional techniques like gouache, book illumination, block printing, and watercolor. Again and again, I returned to watercolor and its digital twin, drawn to their playfulness and quiet emotional power.

Today, I create sweet and charming collections where animal companions, inviting palettes, and playful details bring small moments of joy to everyday life.
